United Methodist Women. UMW meets the first Thursday of the month, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening, to accommodate different schedules. The UMW Chili Supper every October is a popular community event.
United Methodist Youth. Our youth group is a cooperative effort with several other churches.
Music Ministry.
Helping Others. We've "adopted" a family through the Leavenworth Assistance Center, and we help with food and cash donations, special gifts and prayer. We're also involved in CROP Walk, Roundup for Hunger, Project Winterize and other projects.
GriefShare. This grief support group meets Mondays at 6:30 p.m. in Rebecca Hall at the Church.
Gateway Club. We support this ministry to develop mentally disabled adults and host its meetings once a quarter.
Scouting. Two Girl Scout troops meeting in our building.
Preschool/Day Care. A Deere Place offered day care in our church this past summer. We hope to sponsor that again next summer, and expand it into a full-time preschool/day care center.
