TWIGS 

TWIGS, our Tuesday after-school program, will begin again in September.  All children of the church and community are invited to join us.  We will have classes for kids 3 years old through high school.  The program begins at 4:30 pm with gathering and worship time, continue with age-appropriate Bible study, and end with everyone having dinner together.  We will be finished each Tuesday

by 6:00 pm. 

TWIGS is a vital mission outreach program which touches many “un-churched” community children.  In years past, the majority of the children attending TWIGS have been community children with no church connection.  Many of these children live in very unstable and dysfunctional family situations.  The children of this community need and want a place where they can come and be with their friends and adults who share love and attention they may not be getting at home.  The attention and direction they receive at our church functions could be a turning point in how they look at their lives and relationships with other people.  If we can help turn a child in the right direction, we are improving not only that child’s future, but also the future of our community.

TWIGS kids need your help.  We need class leaders, kitchen help, table setters, paper placemat designers - we need YOU.  There are many ways to help with TWIGS.  Talk to us and see where you can fit into a program that needs you, and a program that this church and community needs for a better future for us all.  Please call Lissie Schneider at 830-535-4376 or Sandy Trenkelbach at
