Each month (excluding the summer
months), the Kirbyville UMW chapter has a luncheon at 12:00 noon on the first
Wednesday of the month.
Three times a year, the UMW conducts a study based on
studies presented by the Conference School of Christian Mission. These studies
are open to all interested parties.
Plans are being made for the 2007 Hands-On Project, which
will culminate in October this year. Participation in this project is an annual
event at Kirbyville UMC.
Each Christmas season, the UMW sponsor "Jesus'
Birthday Party" where members of the church donate toys for children and
other items for senior citizens at
Each May, the ladies also produce the Senior Recognition
Lunch for graduating seniors in our congregation.
