Units are to bring their Annual Pledge and Budget to the District Annual Meeting. 5 Star Women, 5 Star Unit, Charter Club, and Mission Today Certificates are issued at the Conf Annual Meeting. (District Meeting is always held in September and Conference Meeting in October) Download the report from the Report column. Save it to your hard drive, fill it out on your computer, and print. The forms can also be found on the "Form" link on the left navigation bar. All forms are provided in .pdf format which is readable in Adobe Reader.
