Dr. Leaver is an outstanding Bible based
preacher. He is available for special services and occasions, especially for
evangelistic/revival services. He appeals to a large spectrum of people without
turning off anyone to the call of God for them to have a personal experience
with Jesus Christ or to renew that relationship.
