Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation

Dr. Leaver is a certified mediator with over 140 hours of training in conflict resolution and mediation. He is a member the National Association of Mediators and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Currently, Dr. Leaver serves as a Court Appointed Mediator for the Burlington County, New Jersey Family Courts where he mediates family, community, and truancy conflicts.

With Dr. Leaver's 20 years of pastoral ministry experience, he is very familiar with conflicts and dispute that can arise within the church. He can help you and your congregation resolve conflict. The goal is "win-win", for everyone.

The first three hours of mediation is FREE. Most disputes can be resolved in under three hours. Expense reimbursement for such items as lodging, travel and meals is expected. If a session goes beyond three hours or if one or more additional sessions are needed the fee is $125.00 per hour.
