Our Sunday School & Christian Education Programs

We invite you to join us in studying the Word of God at 9:15 AM on Sunday Mornings at Church School. We meet in classes for an hour, then we break at 10:15 AM. At that time, we fellowship and spend time with one another in a relaxed atmosphere before we go into our worship service at 10:45 AM.

Why do we think Sunday School is so important? Education is one of the main jobs of the church. Other than the home, the Church is often the first place people receive any type of education. Sunday School provides a much needed foundation for us to use in our everyday lives, which is needed now more than ever.

Our Sunday School program helps people to:

• Know and experience God through Jesus Christ

• Claim and live God's promises

• Grow and serve as Christian disciples

The Sunday School provides children with a friendly, caring and safe environment in which to grow & learn. We offer classes for all age levels, so that everyone's needs may be met. We ask you to come and join us in this faith journey. Our classes will be on break for the summer, but we invite everyone to join us when we resume in the Fall.

TINY TOTS (PRESCHOOL) is geared toward children of ages 3 to 5 years. We have hands-on Arts & Crafts with Bible stories and Bible principles for
non-readers. One of our objectives is one Biblical memory verse per month.

JUNIORS encompass ages 6 thru 8, targeted towards children who will receive lesson plans from Our Christian Resources to aid them in their Christian Journey.

INTERMEDIATE –serving ages 9 thru 12 years—This class is designed to involve a variety of learning styles and techniques—using the Holy Bible and our Resource Materials. To encourage an obedient lifestyle.

YOUTH—Ages 13 to 17—materials are designed to have our youth learn to see the Bible as a part of their faith walk. The class will emphasize the Bible and use resource materials in class and personal study which will ultimately bring them into submission to the will of God.

ADULT—Age 18 and up—Uses the Bible and resource materials available to
enhance , enlighten and enrich our personal study, faith walk and service
unto God and our Christian community.
