Our challenge is to stay up with time, to serve this present generation. By doing this we in no way alter the truths of God’s Word. We must keep up to date with changing styles and methods. But the truth of God never changes. To minister effectively, the church must wake up to what changes and what doesn’t. We are not a church that sits around frowning at the future. Nor are we a church that alters scripture to fit the future’s style. We are a relevant, exciting church, filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.
