A beautiful setting at the Pavilion of Vi and Chip Lee brought over 100 worshipers for service Sunday, July 26. The worship service was designed around the Vacation Bible School theme “Experience and Discover God Everywhere”.
Each class told a story through singing, witnessing, and signing. Miss Silverene came dressed as a little girl with red-ribbon pony tails and red visor, telling her story of learning at VBS week; she was a great hit.Pastors Hunt and Williams related messages of following God’s message “to infinity and beyond…” applying the message to our own outreach into the world.The service was followed by a wonderful covered dish dinner. A very special thanks to Joyce Sweeney and Dot Borras for organizing such an organized and wonderful fellowship meal – and to all those who helped with bringing down tables and chairs from the hall, set up, grills, grilling, tables, chairs, clean up, and returning tables and chairs.
