Immanuel Cemetery Listing |
In 1976 a project was undertaken to make a workable list of all the burials at Immanuel. The Toaping Castle Chapter D.A.R. typescript of 1955 was used, and all known families were contacted. Over 50 Centennial Markers were placed in 1976 to mark unidentified graves. The list has been updated each year, and is current as of March 30, 2009. The list was prepared by Sandra Cooke Cross, Church Historian. It indicates the section and grave number in the right hand column. A map to identify the sections and graves is located in the vestibule of the church, and lists and a card file are available from the Cemetery Chairperson, Phyllis Cooke Decker.
Additional information/notes are in this copy as stated by family members and generally found in brackets ( ). For corrections, additions, deletions – please contact Phyllis Decker at 301.579.6444.
