Camp Innabah has a year round staff of 6 employees that maintain the beautiful grounds and facilities and are available to meet your needs. There are additional weekend staff members that assist in cooking the delicious home-style meals. There are also approximately 40 college-aged adults that serve on our summer staff each year. They provide Christian role models for our summer campers, as this is key to the ministry of Innabah.

Innabah Summer Staff and Volunteers
There are also approximately 40 college-aged adults that serve on our summer staff each year as well as over 100 volunteers who help to make Innabah’s summer camping program possible. They provide Christian role models for our summer campers, as this is key to the ministry of Innabah. Interested in serving God this summer? Summer Staff
Each summer Innabah’s summer staff help campers to experience the love of Christ Jesus and grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus. Today's children and youth desperately need Christian role models as examples to follow. Maybe God is calling you to be one of them this summer at Innabah.

QUALIFICATIONS OF SUMMER STAFF:
• Possess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which gives witness of your faith
• Provide a Christian Role Model for campers
• Desire to serve God and eager to share His Love with others
• Willingness to accept daily work assignments and group living situations

SUMMER STAFF BENEFITS:
• Summer Staff receive from $160.00 to $220.00 per week, depending upon position, prior service at Innabah, and education level achieved. Room, board, and Workmen's Compensation are also provided as part of the salary package.
• Summer Staff receive one (1) full day off each week from Saturday noon until Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. • Summer Staff receive personal growth through challenging situations, unusual schedules, and unexpected demands of time, talents, and abilities.
