The Trustees have several outstanding tasks that will require significant effort in 2003. Along with supporting the building campaign the church has over twenty outstanding repairs pending and the parsonage about thirty interior improvements planned for completion in early 2003. These repairs were document in the Parsonage report provided to the Kansas East Conference.

Insurance coverage provided by the Conference for 2002 is significantly more expensive than in the past. This is not acceptable for our facility. A new process for insurance coverage has been requested to reduce the expenses while providing adequate insurance coverage for our facilities and other churches in the conference.
