"John 3:16 says that 'God so loves the world that He gave his one and only son so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life'. The scripture says whoever believes, so it does not matter where you have been or what you have done the door is open for you to have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and receive the promise of eternal life. My desire is to lead people to faith in Jesus and help them remain in that faith by providing ministries that enable them to gain a deeper knowledge and faith in Jesus. I am also committed to helping people who have been Christians for many years grow in their faith as well and put that into action."

Pastor Tom Orr and His wife Donna come to us from Ashtabula, Ohio. Pastor Tom and Donna have 4 grown children. Son Stephen and his wife Angie live, with there 3 children, in North Canton, Ohio. A son, Craig and his wife Stacy live in Wingette Run, Ohio. (Outside of Marietta.) A daughter, Tammy and her husband Todd live, with their 3 children, in Granville, Ohio, and a daughter, Tricia and her husband live in Warner, New Hampshire. Pastor Tom is second career having worked for the Reliance Electric Corporation for 33 years. Tom and Donna have served the Lord at the Richmond United Methodist in Ashtabula County for 5 years and at the Caledonia United Methodist Church in Marion County for 7 years. We feel very blessed to be a part of the Howard Church and community.
