Worship

Hopewell United Methodist Church welcomes and encourages children to come to worship.  It is by watching worshiping adults that children learn to worship.  Junior Church, Children’s Choirs, Children’s Sermons and Children’s bulletins are all ways in which we say to the child, “Welcome, we’re glad you are here!”

Sunday School
Sunday School (Christian Education) is offered for all ages during the 9:30 service on Sundays during the school year. During the summer Sunday School is offered during the 10:30 service.    The last Sunday of each month children age 4 - 6th Grade come together to praise the Lord during Children's Worship.

Junior Church is offered for children age 3 through Grade 6 during the 10:55 service on Sundays. Children  may attend worship with their family or the Junior Church leaders. During the worship hour, children will be dismissed to Junior Church.
