Shoes are required – they will be hiking, playing games and doing lots of

PLEASE LEAVE PORTABLE WALKMANS, CD PLAYERS, HEADPHONES,
MONEY, FOOD, AND OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS AT HOME!
There is no need for
additional money or food as everything-- crafts, food,
drinks, camping, and FUN is
covered by your registration fee already paid.
WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE FOOD OR DRINK IN
THE DORMS!!!!
DISCIPLINE
POLICY: In order to maintain an orderly camp and
ensure the participation and fun for all children in attendance, a disciplinary
policy has been adopted by the camp committee.
It states:
1st Warning: If
problems arise and persist, the child will be removed from the activity and
have a
time out period talking with a pastor or another adult.
2nd Warning: Parents
will be called and asked to pick up the child from camp or the child
will be returned home by an adult
after contacting the parent or other contact person by phone.

YOUR CHILD
WILL NEED TO PICK UP HIS/HER CRAFT ITEMS
IN THE
BASEMENT OF THE DINING HALL AFTER LUNCH
DO NOT LEAVE CAMP WITHOUT STOPPING IN
THE CRAFT ROOM FOR HIS/HER ITEMS.
