Area of Honduras:  Department of Yoro (YOH-roh), in the mountains southeast of the city of San Pedro Sula (sahn PEH-droh SOO-lah).

Maximum team size at this site:  12 (though 10 or fewer is best)
 

Travel time from San Pedro Sula airport:  about 2.5 hours total, the last 30 minutes on a climbing dirt road.
 

Preferred airport in Honduras (destination city): San Pedro Sula

Accommodations:  Separate sleeping rooms for men and women.  Bunk beds for a total of 12 people (including translators),
