The First United Methodist Church is proud to offer Sunday School Classes for all ages. Nursery is provided for toddlers less then 3 yrs old. Sunday School for children and youth begins on the first Sunday after Labor Day and ends around Memorial Day. Summer Sunday school is offered for 6 weeks during the summer. Adult classes meet year around.

First UMC education department is proud of making the church a "Safe Sanctuary" for all children, youth, adults and disabled persons. We now have over 40 trained volunteers who work in a teaching environment who care for the welfare of everyone.
