Are you excited about what God is doing in your life? If not, do you want to be? Come and learn about practical handles that will infuse excitement into your relationship with Jesus Christ. Our relationship with God intersects with every corner of our lives. Getting close to Jesus adds more zest to all of life. Using the faith-sharing New Testament with the Psalms, participants will learn basic principles for sharing their faith in Jesus Christ with others. Your spiritual life will be turned up a notch by attending the “Loving Others To God” workshops.
About the leader:
Royal Speidel has 40 years of pastoral experience with big city, suburban, small town, and country churches. He knows about receiving 150 new members in a year and also none. He has preached to 600 and also to 30. Speidel has a passion to bring people to Jesus Christ and rich discipleship. He is author of the book, “Evangelism in theSmall Membership Church”, (Abingdon Press 2007), “100 Days of Hope-Igniting Your Passion for God” (Church Smart Resources 2007) and numerous articles.
As Distinguished Evangelist in Residence at the General Board of Discipleship, Royal also offers other seminars, training, resources, and support to assist conference leaders and congregations in areas of evangelism, congregational revitalization, and congregational development. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Royal Speidel serves as the Distinguished Evangelist in Residence at the General Board of Discipleship and his position is funded by The Foundation for Evangelism, an affiliate of the General Board of Discipleship, who seeks to lift up the ministries of evangelism in the Church around the world.
