Few Words About Our Pastor ...
Pastor Krista Beth Atwood has been serving with us since July 1, 2000. She came to us from Bangor Theological Seminary in Bangor, Maine, where she earned her Master of Divinity Degree in May of 2001.
Pastor Krista has a background in Social and Behavioral Sciences, receiving a Bachelors degree in this field in 1997 from the University of Southern Maine. Before being appointed to Holbrook, she served as Director of Christian Education at the United Methodist Church of Auburn, Maine.
Her academic interests include Christian Church History, especially history of the United Methodist Church.
For fun, Pastor Krista enjoys outdoor activities including camping, fishing and hiking with her husband, Gary. She and Gary also have been seen walking their dog, Nicky, around the streets of Holbrook.
