Up around the corner, just down the street
Stands a little white church, so prim and sweet.

Now open the door and step inside;
You will be greeted with arms open wide.

Now find a pew and take a seat;
Then listen to the organ, isn’t it sweet?

We’ve come today for spiritual inspiration
And to have the Word of God strengthen our imagination.

We’ve listened and learned, and sung a song or two,
But all too soon the service was through.

With an inspirational benediction, we’re sent on our way
And as we descend the steps I hear someone say,

“I can’t wait for next Sunday to roll around
for that Little White Church is the best in town.”
