submit a church history

| We still need over 200 histories. Of
those we have absolutely no information on 138 of them. Some information
has/will be obtained for about 80 churches (see the color coding information),
but in most cases it needs to be updated.
I have found a short historical summary for the 26 churches listed in blue. I have copies of old histories submitted to the Archives for the 24 churches in green. The Archives has some information on 29 more churches that will be obtained in June.
