Living in Jesus' Image The Bible instructs Christians to live in Jesus' image, doing what is right at all times. There are numerous verses telling Christians how to live so that others may see and be influenced. Though we struggle and can never come close to imitating a perfect man, God is there with us to strengthen us along the way.
Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. - Romans 12: 17-18 - Galatians 6:19-23, 25 - Ephesians 4: 22-24 - Ephesians 5: 1-2 -
Philippians 4:8 -
Colossians 3:17 - 1 Thessalonians 1: 6-8 - 1 Thessalonians 4:1 - 2 Thessalonians 2:15
The Apostle's Creed I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
the Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived of the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
The third day He arose from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,
whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
Amen.
