Pastor Bruce E. Mowery was born and grew up in Lafayette, Indiana. Pastor
Bruce and his wife Melodi are both graduates of Jefferson High School. He
attended Ball State University and Purdue University and graduated with a
B.S. in religion from University of Indianapolis. He attended United
Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity. Bruce and
Melodi have three sons, Todd, Eric, and Christopher.
Pastor Bruce has a strong desire to work with youth and children. He is
the Vice President of the Conference Board on Camping. He is a Dean for
Senior High Institute and has worked in many facets of camping ministry,
from Elementary age through High School. He has also worked actively with
the Conference Council on Youth Ministry.
Pastor Bruce is a biblical preacher. He bases his sermons on the Word of God and
how God's Word pertains to our everyday lives. Jesus Christ as our Lord and
Savior is central to his messages. |
