If you don't attend a Sunday School class, please consider visiting any
of our several classes for all ages, and decide which one may be for
you!
K-1, Like the Phoenix, Rises From the
Ashes
The Phoenix was a mythical bird. Legend has it that
this bird was impossible to kill. Even burning would not do the
job. The Phoenix, though it appeared to be dead, would simply rise
from the ashes.
Such is the case with the K-1 Group. This K-Group is making a
comeback. It was active several years ago and was formed to study
theology. Thus ut became known as the "Dead Preacher's
Society". Now, we have progressed from dead Preachers to the
Living Lord.
Our revitalized K-Group will focus on prayer and will meet in the Prayer
Room at 7 PM on the second Monday of every month (the day normally devoted
to K-Groups). After a season of prayer, we will adjourn to the
parsonage for refreshments.
