Education
Coordinator, Sharon Surrency, introduces us to the
college students of our church in a feature called Student
Highlights. Check out ...From the Pastor's Study for additional verses and questions to think about and pray on before Sunday's sermon. WANT
TO BE PART OF THE MEDIA MINISTRY TEAM? Do you have a computer? Do you like to take photographs? Do you watch television? How about the movies? Maybe you like to draw. Want to be involved more deeply in our Worship Programs? How about music... Do you play an instrument–either now, or in the past? Maybe you like to write stories. Do you have a home entertainment system? Do you sing—even if only in the shower? If you can answer yes to any of the above, WE NEED YOU! We are hoping to develop a Media Ministry Team of people to work with a Audio/Video projection system the Church is investigating to purchase. This team would be responsible to develop the slides, images and programs to enhance our Worship services to assist our congregation to a closer and deeper Worship experience. | As
part of the Sunday Morning Worship Service, we have various people of
the church to read the Scripture
Lessons. We appreciate their taking part, and it is an
important part of the service. We would like to extend this priviledge to all our church attendees. Please contact Janice Byrd or the church office if you would like to be one of the Scripture readers. |
Important
Personnel Needed!
Volunteers
are needed
to count collection gifts under the supervision of Lee Waller. It only takes about 15
minutes of your time after the sermon on Sundays, volunteers commit to
a month. If you would like to help with this important task,
contact Diane Tilbury or the church office. |
