Cookie Walk

The annual Cookie Walk will be on Saturday, December 5.

Annual Church Conference

Our Annual Church Conference is schedule for 7:30 pm on Thursday, November 5th, in the sanctuary. Everyone in the church family is invited to attend this meeting where we set our course - spiritually, financially and personal-wise - for the coming year. It's also a good opportunity to renew your acquaintance with our good friend, District Superintendent Tom Macauly. The Staff/Pastor-Parish Relations Committee will meet with our District Superintendent at 6:45 pm, prior to the Church Conference.

Remembering the Saints

Sunday, November 1st, is All Saints Sunday. It is traditionally a time to remember the saints that have gone before us to their eternal reward. We will do as we did last year and add new life and color to this traditional time of remembrance. We are inviting everyone in our church family to bring one fresh flower to worship on November 1st for each person they would like to have remembered (and it doesn't matter how long ago they died).

Turkey Dinner

The Annual Turkey Dinner will be held on Saturday, November 7th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For reservations please call Sarah Anderson at 810-632-4393 or Vivian Lemon at 810-629-6142.

Advent Tea

The Advent Tea will be held on Friday, December 11 in Armstrong Hall. The musical program for the evening will be presented by the Hand Bell Choir from the First United Methodist Church of Brighton. If you would like to be a table hostess, please let Lois Finzer or Pat Coleman know. This is always a festive, beautiful, fun time of fellowship in which we hope all women will share. What a wonderful way to celebrate the Advent Season.
