MUSIC MINISTRY

Church of the Good Shepherd has three active choirs: Junior, Youth and Adult. 
We also have numerous seasonal opportunities for
Cherub, Senior High Chorale, Musicals, Instrumental
and Solo or Small Group.

        
JUNIOR CHOIR

Junior Choir is a group of children grades 1 through 5.
Each of us has different strengths and abilities.
We do a variety of activities...from playing rhythm instruments and bells to singing and acting in plays.
Our most important job - and one we really enjoy - is to be worship leaders in traditional services.
We participate in the service about two times a month.
There's a place for you in the Junior Choir!

Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at 6:30
either in the Sanctuary or the Choir Room
(September through early May)
  
Junior Choir is active in church services.

   Join the choir...it's more than just singing!

YOUTH CHOIR

All youth in
middle school or high school...
you are invited to join 
Youth Choir.

They lead the Sunrise Service on Easter Morning and often present a musical dinner theater.
Youth Choir sings about
twice a month at the Traditional Service.

Singing, drama, puppets, instruments and much more
are all part of the Youth Choir.

Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at 6:30
either in the Sanctuary or the Choir Room
(September through early May)

ADULT CHOIR

All who enjoy singing are encouraged to joint the Adult Choir.
The Choir presents a variety of music and ensembles also provide music for worship

The Adult Choir usually sings the first Sunday of each month for Communion
and two or three other Sunday.
We will sometimes joint the Junior Choir for a special anthem.

Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at 7:30
in the Choir Room
(September through June)
