Celebrating 100 years in our present building. Grover UMC is located five mile south of St. George, S. C. on highway 15. This crossroad was once a major stagecoach route from Charleston S.C. to Augusta, Ga. Originally known as Murray's Crossroad. The name was changed during the Grover Cleveland administration.
