Vacation Bible School

The First United Methodist Church of Greene has the honor of hosting Vacation Bible School. We are happy to say that many children and adults enjoy a fun-filled week of song, dance, crafts, games, and snacks.

More importantly, we share an educational, spiritually energizing week, surrounded by extended family, and God's love.

The dates for Vacation Bible School for 2009 will be from August 3rd to August 7th. Hours are from 6:00 to 8:15 pm. Many will be in attendance on August 9th at the 11;00 service to sing songs learned from VBS.

Thank You to everyone who helped make Vacation Bible Schools of past years a success, whether you volunteered as a leader, an assistant, or donated money, materials, food or time. Many people brought their talents together to create an excellent family program.

In addition to the many individuals who contributed, local businesses have donated needed materials as well Some businesses include The Cheese Trap, J Schantz, Curtis Lumber, Markham Packaging, Creative Stamping and Wal Mart.
