OUR MISSION STATEMENT The mission of First United Methodist Church is “to be a church alive with Christ by loving, growing, and declaring the Good News of Jesus Christ.” We greet you and invite you to worship with us, and to be part of any or all of the activities we share as part of the family of God. BRING A FRIEND Our love of God, devotion to God's Son Jesus, and the Presence of the Holy Spirit, has made us who we are, and helps us to continue our common ministry to God's people. Throughout its 181-year history in the Town and Village of Greene, the First United Methodist Church has endeavored to reach out and welcome, to teach and nurture, and to send disciples out sharing God's Word. We are celebrating 181 years of serving Christ and the community. Incorporated September 25th, 1828. | |
