If you are coming from Rochester NY (or South of Rochester),
we suggest you take I-390 North to Vintage Lane.
Turn Left on Vintage and head west to Long Pond Road.
Turn Left (South) onto Long Pond at the traffic light,
At the next light turn left (east) onto Maiden Lane.
The GUMC is the first left immediately after the gas station.
