Geography of the Soul………led by Teresa Childress

The study at the retreat will offer fellow travelers an invitation to a journey; to walk where Jesus walked. This spiritual pilgrimage invites an encounter with Christ where you can visit the places Jesus taught and prayed. We will examine the promise of Isaiah 48:6, “From now on, I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you.”

YOGA – Rise early and shine as we ready our bodies and minds for the activities of the day. We’ll have a 30-minute session of yoga each morning at the Arbor.  Recommended:  stretchy, comfortable wear and mat or towel.

LABYRINTH – Learn the art of walking the labyrinth, the spiritual tool for prayer and meditation.  Symbolic of unity and wholeness, it can be viewed as a metaphor for one’s own spiritual journey.

CRAFTS – We’re creating our own souvenirs of our vacation travels!  Led by Debbie Bego and inspired by our study tours, your creations will be one-of-a-kind and memorable…and not just another t-shirt!
