The pastor and Director of Graham County United Methodist Parish is Sam Owen.  Sam is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, and has 15 years of experience in the ministry.  Sam has previously served the St. Paul and Mill Creek United Methodist Churches in the Oklahoma Conference; the Melvern and Quenemo UMCs in the Kansas East Conference; the Herington and Burdick UMCs and Solomon Yoked Parish in the Kansas West Conference.

Pastor Sam, his wife, Nilla, and their son Brantley reside in Hill City.
