Mission Activities

The Mission and Social Action Committee is very active at FUMC working on Mission projects and Social Action issues. If you have an interest in this area, join us the 1st Thursday of the month at 6pm in the Pastor's office. We welcome all.

Please continue to support our Food Basket by bringing non-perishable food items every week. This food goes to the Food Pantry and helps create their emergency food boxes. The Food Basket is located in the Fellowship Hall under the Mission & Social Action Bulletin board.

The Food Pantry welcomes all donations of nonperishable food items, but here is a list of what is especially needed: Peanut butter, flour & sugar, canned meat, vegetables & fruit, rice canned entrees, macaroni & cheese, dried pinto beans, cooking oil, pasta & sauces, baby food, boxed meals, soup.
