Working with the county on driveway permit.
Script is going very well. Thanks to Jane Jackson for running the program and thanks to all who participate.

Our "Future home" sign was completed and installed.
An anonymous donation of $15,000 was make to the building fund. This generous contribution pushed the fund close to $80,000.
Our fourth meeting with Jim Clarke was held March 3rd, 2005. It was an excellent meeting and well attended by members. We made several minor changes to rooms. The drawing resulting from this meeting is on the previous page. We decided to put the preliminary drawings out for bid to see if we were still within a price range we could afford. Drawings were given to contractors for bid. The due date for bids is April 30th, 2005.
Received driveway permit from the county. Culvert and stone are being installed at the site.
September 2005
The architect and site engineer are finishing the construction drawings. They are scheduled to have them done by September 30th. In August, we had our second meeting with Berkshire Township Zoning Committee and obtained a site permit. No property zoning changes are required for a church but we do need to obtain a variance to reduce the number of parking spaces required by code.
In October, we will put the drawings out for final bid and submit them to the county for review. This process should take about 4 weeks. During October we will also work on a finance package.
We have completed numerous repairs to the parsonage and will be placing it for sale to the public in late September.
In November when we have all the numbers together we will have a charge conference to vote to proceed. We will also have a meeting with the district for their approval. Hopefully, the hurricane won't increase cost to much.
July 2006
The parsonage was sold to a nice couple from Sunbury. This was a nice boost to the campaign funds for the new church.
September 2006
The building drawings were approved by Delaware County
