Even Months – February – April – June – August – October – December
 
            1st – Children/Youth                                         2nd – Trustees
 
            3rd – Outreach & Stewardship CC                  4th – Leadership

            Stewardship will continue to meet after church on Sunday
 
            SPRC will meet as needed and determine at date at the time.
              5th Thursday of the month [January – May – July - October]
                    This Thursday is available for resting or as a makeup meeting time.
 
The idea of these changes is to allow more time to do ministry rather than sitting around the table discussing. If we plan correctly then we will be able to give more information to the Newsletter since we are doing bi-monthly newsletters.
 
Team members will:
            1. Help make decisions                         2. Plan Activities
3.  Evaluate ministries                           4. Develop New ministries
5. Organize a team to carry out that ministry
 
            Participation in a ministry is not limited to team members only
