At the 5:00p.m.service, the reflection will begin as we remember the gift of snowflakes on Christmas Eve of 2004. Families are invited to make cut-out snowflakes with white paper. The goal is to hang them in the sanctuary before the service. If you can make a few bring them to the church by Wednesday, December 21st so the preparations for hanging in the sanctuary can be done.
On Christmas Day at the 10am worship service, each child is invited to bring one gift to the worship service. Parents are invited to participate in the selection of the special gift. Discussion questions can include: What gift would you like to bring before God in worship? How might God use this gift to draw you closer to Jesus when you are playing? Do you want to give thanks for a toy or another special gift? The Blessing will take place during worship when the children are called to the front of the sanctuary. We look forward to blessing the children and gifts as God looks forward to blessing us with the gift of Jesus.
