Six years ago the church, through the Council of Ministries, undertook to help a Chinese girl by the name of Zhang Sa by providing $600 a year for her education. Zhang Sa lives with her mother Zhao Hui Min in Beijing, has recently graduated from Beijing University and is currently in graduate school. The Council of Ministries will continue to assist her through 2008 but will look for a new recipient for 2009.
