
The exercise class started in 1994 with the original name "Body Recall." Nancy Horton was the instructor until 1999. In 2000 the group switched to video tape programs directed at seniors.
The class is held in the Fellowship Hall Tuesday, Thursday and Friday starting at 9:00 a.m. Sessions last about 40 minutes. Some people come in as much as 45 minutes early and walk laps until class begins.
Participants range from 60 to 90 years of age and attendance ranges from 8 to 20. Sessions are social as well as physical. Everyone is welcome to attend.
