| At Church (3 pictures) |

In our beautiful sanctuary, seasonal decor celebrates the events of the church year. |
| Hurricane Katrina Relief (8 pictures) |

As part of FUMC's relief work after Hurricane Katrina, we collected relief supplies to aid in the care of displaced persons. A team of volunteers trucked them to the United Methodist Committee On Relief (UMCOR) distribution center in Baldwin, Louisiana, leaving after worship on Sept. 18, after a blessing by Pastor Dave. FUMC volunteers traveled again to the hurricane ravaged Gulf Coast of southern Mississippi, in March and November 2006. Your donations will help our volunteers! |
| World Communion Day (4 pictures) |

In honor of World Communion Day, we celebrate that the world has diversity, but has a common purpose, by using a variety of chalices and breads from many cultures. Figurines representing the world's cultures add to the message. |
| Jerusalem Faire (18 pictures) |

The Jerusalem Faire provides a setting where both kids and adults can experience biblical settings and activities first-hand. |
| Sock Hop (12 pictures) |

The Sock Hop provides a fun time for fellowship. The Youth Group helped to decorate the sanctuary as a 50s diner, where no one went hungry. We burned off those calories with an evening of dancing, and twist, hula hoop, bubble gum, and poodle skirt contests. The auction is one of our fundraisers. |
| Holy Cow (11 pictures) |

What's a COW? Church Outdoor Weekend, of course! We combine fellowship with a weekend of enjoying the beach at the lake or river, boating, a campfire, meals, and worship in the great outdoors. |
| Men's Group Volleyball (17 pictures) |

Each June, the Men's Group and the Youth Group play a challenge match in volleyball. One of these years, maybe the Youth will finally win! Maybe the Men's Group's secret is first to weigh everyone down (visitors are encouraged to come out too) with a barbeque dinner, complete with hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, sausage, and all the fixings. No matter the outcome in volleyball, everyone has such a relaxed, fun time that everyone looks forward to next year's game. |
