UMW Minutes Executive meeting of UMW
met May 2, 2007 in the Fellowship Hall. Treasure’s report shows a balance
of $865.47. June 24 will be the Pork
dinner date. 34 pies, 15 fruit pies and 17 veg. salads will need to be made.
Each circle will do this. The IA Conference would
like money towards the campership. Discussed this and decided we already give
for our local campers. We’ll ask Mrs. Bartlett how
much she charges for entertaining us on Guest night. If she doesn’t charge we
will give her $25. 4 people will receive
special membership pins. Each unit , in the District,
has been asked to send a history of their UMW unit, by June 1, 2007 to Del
Crees. Ramona Morse will do this for our unit. Meeting was adjourned. Secretary Jackie Reams |
