concludes with the sixth message entitled Giving-What do I
treasure the most?. The scripture reference is Matthew
6:19-21. The liturgist is Patsy Klontz and acolytes are
Hannah Belk (8:30); Glenn and Edith Sigler (11 a.m.)
A trumpet solo, "America the Beautiful", will be presented at each sanctuary service by Craig Smith. Sanctuary Singers will sing "Let There Be Peace on Earth." The Chancel Choir's offertory anthem will be "If With All Your Hearts" by Felix Mendelssohn, recognizing the 200th anniversary of Mendelssohn's birth. "Climbin' Up the Mountain" will be sung for the choir's regular anthem. The Krystal Bells will ring "You're a Grand Old Flag" in honor of Veterans' Day coming up on November 11th. Jim Hamilton will bring us a Mission Moment regarding the Lotzapalooza fundraiser.
The life band, Seven Times Hotter with leader Luke Sheafer, leads worship in the Family Life Center at 9:45 a.m.
Altar flowers are given by Anna Ruth Mosbaugh in memory Donna Crampton Price and Don Crampton. Confirmation Class continues at 2 p.m. Our children will have Christmas program practice from 4:30-5:30 p.m. (Note the different time.) The Book Club with meet at 6 p.m.
