Sunday School classes are offered each Sunday morning for children from ages 2 years and up in our Education Building. A nursery is also provided each Sunday morning during both worship services and during Sunday School. Little Disciples, our Day School is held every Monday and Wednesday from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for 5 months through 5 years of age. Contact Dana Riggins for more information at 384-5735. Handchime Choir meets every Monday from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. For 3rd - 6th grade. We will pick up after school. Music Factory, our children's choir, meets Wednesdays after school from early September through mid-April for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Church vans pick children up from their schools and deliver them to the church for snacks, playground time, devotionals, singing and crafts. Parents pick their children up at 5:00 p.m. from the playground or, in the case of rain, in the music rooms. The children sing one Sunday per month at the 10:00 a.m. worship service and present one musical each year. Kool Klub (Kids of Our Lord) is an after-school program that meets every Thursday from 3:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. for Kindergarten through 6th grade. First session starts the first of September and ends in December; the second session starts the first of January and ends in April Cost is $15.00 per session; this includes snacks and supplies. The church picks them up from school and brings them to the church for snacks, devotional, crafts, games, and P.E. in the Wesley Center or Playground. Children's activities are scheduled throughout the summer months for children entering 1st through 6th grades. These activities include game days at the Wesley Center, field trips, crafts, drama groups, picnics, cake decorating and auction, as well-as mission projects. This program is led by Church Volunteers. Vacation Bible School is held for one week each June from 9:00 a.m. to noon for children ages 3 years through 6th grade. Check with the church office for this year's dates. A week of summer camp is offered each year at Lakeview Conference Center near Palestine, Texas for children entering 4th grades though high school seniors.
