Senior Adult Ministry

We are offering a TELEPHONE TREE program for people who live alone.  You will call someone and she/he will call someone to check on each other each day.

WANT TO BE A SAINT?  (SENIOR ADULT IN NEED TEAM).  Learn about adopting a frail elderly (those homebound, in nursing homes, assisted living or retirement facility).

Sign-up sheets are available in the lobby for the above programs.

Summer Series – “Dining Around the World” - Becky Sargent, Coordinator – 799-1291

Ø       August 20 (Wednesday) – Brevard Art Museum – “Let the Games Begin” – In honor of our athletes in China for the Olympics, we will be eating at a Chinese restaurant after our museum visit.  Bus will leave at 9:30 a.m. and return around 2:00 p.m.

Ø       September 18 (Thursday) – Today Newspaper – Lunch will be at the Grecian Garden Café.  Bus will leave at 9:00 a.m. and return about 2:00 p.m.
