Adult Sunday School Classes

While our church offers a full range of Sunday School classes for children, we also offer these unique interests for adults:

Cornerstone
The Cornerstone class is aimed at couples and singles ages 18-30; meets at 11:00 a.m.
Willing Workers
The Willing Workers are composed of several of the "young at heart" ladies of the church. They use the International Lessons and are a very active group. The class gathers for a potluck fellowship once a month.
Agape
The Agape class is made up of couples and singles from 30's and up. The lessons include lively and open discussions. The group is very involved in the church and community and enjoys social functions together. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Wesleyan
The Wesleyan class is an adult Sunday School class that is family oriented and concerned about each others needs. Our families have young children and grandchildren. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Spiritual Seekers, Cokesbury, Living Word
Both Spiritual Seekers and Cokesbury classes meet at 9:45 a.m. and are Bible-oriented discussion classes for all ages. Living Word meets at 11:00, and studies Bible prophecy.
Open Door
The Open Door class consists of people in age from the 30's "and up". They like to use different Bible-based series. The lessons are composed of discussion and interaction--definitely not lecture. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Violette Johnson
The Violette Johnson class is composed of "free thinkers" with various interests. They do Bible studies and special series related to the church seasons, such as Advent and Lenten studies. Other class members besides the teacher do lead our discussions from time to time. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Unity
The Unity class is made up of couples and singles in their 30's and 40's. This class sponsors periodic blood drives for the Red Cross. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Aldersgate
The Aldersgate class focuses on Bible study and discussion and welcome any new folks in the church to join them. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Men's Class
The Men's Class is made up of men who like the camaraderie and discussions of an all-male class. We choose a biblical subject, such as angels, death, Ark of the Covenant, etc., and study that subject for whatever period of time it takes. Meets at 9:45 a.m.
Basic Bible 101
Basic Bible 101 is a survey course of the Bible for beginners as well as experienced Bible students, meeting at 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Young Adults
 For ages 18-25; meet at 11:00 a.m.
Youth Classes
 For middle school (6-7th), jr high (8-9th) and sr.high (10-12th); meet at 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Children
 Children's classes are divided by school grade; come and find out what we have to offer!
