Revelation 1:8

Jesus says... 8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."

A Note from the Pastor....

Greetings All:

I hope and pray that you are well!

This Sunday is Christ the King Sunday.

In the aftermath of World War, I when the world was in the midst of one the hardest financial times in human history – Pope Pius XI created a new festival day in the life of the church. It would be on the last Sunday of the Christian year... a day to remember that no matter what our circumstances Christ is King. In other words Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.

As this Christian year comes to a close, in the midst of economic recession and H1N1 it seems like a good time to say loud and clear... Christ is King – Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. The Holidays are here!!! Thanksgiving – Christmas – New Year’s are all upon us. It is good to remember – it is good to know that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. There is one bigger than us who is in charge of it all.

I hope and pray that you will join me this Sunday and turn toward the cross and proclaim Christ is the King.

Take care and God Bless.

Grace and Peace,

Francey Hooton
