1 C (2 sticks) corn margarine; melt
1 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
2 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
2-1/2 C flour
1 t baking soda
12-oz bag white chocolate chunks
May add 1 C coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Mix above in order. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. 375 deg.
