Corn Bread
              Recipe from Kemper Meadows

1 stick butter
2 eggs - beat with fork first
Add (to eggs in this order):

1 C self-rising corn meal
1 small can cream-style corn
1 C sour cream
1/3 t chopped onion
2 T chopped bell pepper
1/2 C grated cheese

Stir only after all ingredients are in bowl. Place iron skillet with butter in pan in 350 deg. oven and melt butter.  Add rest.  Bake 35 min.
