at the First United
Methodist Church of Castle Rock is a time
of sharing and spiritual growth, through music, prayer, scripture and
the spoken word.
8:00 am Blended Service with Communion 9:30 am Non-Traditional Service 11:00 am Traditional Service with Choir Our early morning (8:00 am) service is held in our outdoor chapel Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting). The Outdoor Chapel is located to the left of the church from the parking lot.  Sunday School
Sunday School is at 9:30 every Sunday. Preschool, ages 2 - 4 Children's Ministry, K - 6th grade Youth, 7th - 12th grade Adult classes Taize Service, every 3rd Sunday of the month at 6pm. This service includes meditative and sung prayer, Scripture reading, and silence. The simple yet magnificent music that is repeated over and over again continues on in the heat long after the worship has ended. Castlewood Canyon Service - Once a year the church has a service at the Castlewood Canyon State Park to kick off the new fall year. Nursery is provided care during Sunday school and Worship services. Also available upon request for other functions. |
