What programs are
available to your children?

Sunday School
Ages: Preschool-6th grade
Classes begin at 9:30am and are dismissed at 10:30am each Sunday
morning. Preschool age children meet in the Noah's Pet Shop
classroom. Elementary age classes meet with their teachers in the
Youth Lounge with their small groups for large group activities.
After music and a lesson in the form of a skit, experiment or game the kids
then go their individual classes with their teachers to do more with the
lesson they are learning that day.

Children's Choir
Ages: Kindergarten-6th grade
Children practice from 10:30 -
11:00am each Sunday in the Youth Lounge. The Children do
several performances throughout the year during the worship services and
other times.

Mission Kids
Ages: K - 6th grade
The first Sunday of each month the Mission Kids participate in the 11:00am
service doing everything from ushering to liturgist. They meet the
last Sunday of each month to plan and co-ordinate their events for the next
month. Community service projects include Christmas shopping for the
kids at Women's Crisis Center, Valentines pins to the residents at Brookside and Easter baskets to residents at Valley
House. Annual pie sales in November each year raises money for the
projects throughout the year.

Children's Puppet Ministry
Ages: 4th - 6th grade
These kids share the good news through performing with puppets.
Practice is the second and fourth Sunday of each month from 11:00 - 11:30am in the Heavenly
Delights Ice Cream Shop classroom. The puppeteers perform during
worship services and also during Sunday school.

Vacation
Bible School
Ages: Preschool - 6th grade
This is the special fun summer event for the children to participate
in. There are large group activities as well as individual class
activities each day of the program.

Acolytes
Ages: 3rd - 6th grades
Acolytes light the candles for the beginning of the 8:00 and 11:00am
services and return at the end of those two services to carry the light out
to the world. The children need to attend a short class to learn the
meaning of Acolyting as well at safe practices.

5th and 6th Grade Fellowship
Special outings and gatherings are planned for this age group throughout
the year. The 6th graders are invited to help with the younger
classes as well as taking an active role in helping lead Sunday School.
